Financial Freedom: Learning is never too late

I am one of the many who have been in hiatus from corporate life due to this pandemic and it got me thinking, where I am into financial freedom? Do I have a small business to go should my corporate life vanish forever? Do I have any other investment options? Have I ever board the ship to the most popular forex trading?

The Answer is NO!

I have lived all my life revolving around the 8-5 corporate job. I even felt lost of what to do (economically) as if having it programmed in my brain that I am and will always be a dedicated corporate employee. Oh please don’t get me wrong, I am always grateful of the corporate life I enjoy, by which pleasures I have extended to my family members. But this moment of being confined to the four corners of our home (without my corporate getup and routine) I’ve realized I have not prepared enough for times like these.

For unknown reason in one of the quiet quarantine nights, I just typed my old blog domain — girlopinion.com which I have lost access for so long. And to my surprise, after 12 long years, I just found that my url domain is available again. My heart skipped a beat (figuratively!) and I quickly added this domain to my shopping cart, paid, and viola –> published this first ever blog post! šŸ™‚ It took me 12 long years and 6 weeks of community quarantine period to finally found myself blogging again.

I am so glad to be able to retrieve this domain even if I was not able to retrieve the old but many contents of my blog before. However, learning is never too late — hence also true for blogging. I guess the universe conspired to force me to make new memories, publish new posts and share my learning experiences as I strive to achieve financial freedom. I am a student in the field of financial freedom and hopefully with this new undertaking I would be able to learn more in setting up a small business of my own, identify investment opportunities or maybe even venture in forex trading. A definite setup that is sustainable enough amidst challenges.

As this is my first ever blog post, you who are reading it right now made it so special and Iā€™d like to thank you for stumbling upon my blog. I will update this with my learning discoveries that might help us both in setting up a small business or other investment options. Let the financial research begin! šŸ˜€

I encourage you to drop by your comments below and share your thoughts where are you now in the journey of financial freedom? Would you mind sharing starter tips? Please feel free to do so. šŸ˜€
